Jerry owned and managed an agency in Grand Coulee, Washington, for over 40 years. He has long been an advocate of professional continuing education having earned his CIC designation in 1983 and is a National Faculty member and Educational Consultant for the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance. Active in the industry, Jerry served on the technical committee of the Independent Agents of Washington and chaired the Far West Agents conference, a technical forum with Insurance Services Office. He currently serves as faculty for IIAA's Virtual University. Jerry was honored by the PIA of Washington/Alaska as "Agent of the Year" in 1994 and served as President of the Association in 1997-1998. Jerry is an active volunteer in his community and in 1995 was named "Business Person of the Year" by the Grand Coulee Dam Chamber of Commerce.

Cole Tucker is the President of Tucker-Franklin Insurance Group, Inc. in Mechanicsville, Virginia. He was an agent with Virginia Farm Bureau before opening Tucker-Franklin in 1998. He received his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) designation in 1997, his CIC designation in 2002 and his CRM designation in 2009. He has a degree in English Literature from George Mason University and a degree in Chemistry from the University of Richmond. He has moderated courses for the Life Underwriting Training Council and for the Richmond Association of Life Underwriters. Cole is an instructor for the National Alliance and teaches CISR courses in personal lines, ethics, life and health insurance and risk management. He is also a National CIC Faculty member and was elected to the CIC Board of Governors in 2019. He is involved with the Professional Insurance Agents Association (PIA) of Virginia and DC in many capacities, currently as the chair of the Education Committee. He teaches pre-licensing courses for the PIA of VA/DC in P&C and L&H. He is a past president of the PIA of Virginia and DC and still serves on a number of committees. Cole was recognized in June of 2013 as the PIA Virginia Agent of the Year and in March of 2014 as the National PIA Agent of the Year. He was featured in the June 2014 issue of National Underwriter magazine.

Darrin Rankin is the President of the Rankin Insurance Group, located in Huntersville, North Carolina, (a suburb of Charlotte). Darrin started the Rankin Insurance Group as a scratch Agent in 2001, when he relocated from Syracuse, New York to Charlotte North Carolina. The Rankin Insurance Group is an Independent Insurance Agency offering Auto, Home, Business and Life Insurance products. Darrin is licensed in NC, SC, GA, VA, PA, MD, OH and IL. Prior to starting the Rankin Insurance Group, he worked for the Erie Insurance Group for 5 years as a District Sales Manager where he recruited, trained, and managed Agents through central NY. While working for Erie Insurance, he earned his MBA from Syracuse University and completed his CIC designation in 2000. Darrin also serves as an Insurance Pre-Licensing instructor at Central Piedmont Community College. Darrin is a board member for IIANC, a Board Member for the North Carolina Reinsurance Facility, and a Subject Matter Expert for PearsonVue. In 2018 Darrin received the honorable distinction of CIC National Faculty.
