Cancellations received between Aug 3rd at 8:00 AM and Aug 10th at 7:59 AM will incur a $2.00 non-transferable fee.
Cancellations received after Aug 10th at 8:00 AM will incur a $5.00 non-transferable fee.
If you fail to show up for the class, your registration fee is forfeited. NO Exceptions. All cancellations must be in writing, emailed to frontdesk@pianeia.com. There is no penalty for substitutions from your company or agency. All credit card refunds will incur a $2 processing fee or minus the cancellation fee. All check payments will be refunded in full or minus the cancellation fee. All refund payments will be made via check payment.
