Steve has earned his CPCU, CIC, CRM, AAI, ARM, AIS, CRIS and MLIS designations and lectures for Insurance Agencies, Brokers, Companies and Associations. He regularly works with the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New Jersey, Professional Insurance Agents of NJ, NY, CT and NH, Insurance Agents and Brokers of PA,MD and DE; and travels to all 50 states and Puerto Rico teaching CISR, CIC, and Ruble Seminars as a National Faculty member for The National Alliance.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received between Apr 28th at 12:00 PM and May 5th at 11:59 AM will incur a $2.00 non-transferable fee.
Cancellations received after May 5th at 12:00 PM will incur a $5.00 non-transferable fee.
If you fail to show up for the class, your registration fee is forfeited. NO Exceptions. All cancellations must be in writing, emailed to frontdesk@pianeia.com. There is no penalty for substitutions from your company or agency. All credit card refunds will incur a $2 processing fee or minus the cancellation fee. All check payments will be refunded in full or minus the cancellation fee. All refund payments will be made via check payment.
