Our convention will take place at two different locations: Highlands Golf Course (for the golf tournament on Day 1) and Hilton Garden Inn - Downtown/Haymarket (for cocktail hour, dinner, pub-style insurance trivia, and continuing education on Day 1 AND Day 2).

Instructors
Ken Hauck
CIC, CPIA, ARM
Ken Hauck has over 50 years of insurance industry experience in many facets of the industry. Ken recently retired as the Executive Vice President of the Association of Wyoming Insurance Agents and currently manages Hauck & Associates, a sales training and continuing education provider. He has also developed Selling is SIMPLE and shares his lifetime of sales and sales training experience. Ken retired as the Director of National Development/National Sales Manager for Capital Premium Financing, where he was responsible for Underwriting large accounts and was responsible for National Accounts Development. His responsibilities also included managing the direction of Outside Sales, Inside Sales and Independent Brokers. Ken’s insurance experience includes three decades of retail agency, wholesale agency and specialty carriers as well as the insurance education field and insurance association management. He also founded and operated the Insurance Education Center and for 10 years provided pre-licensing and continuing education classes to insurance agents in the Rocky Mountain region—he has presented over 3,000 hours of insurance education. Ken has held resident insurance licenses in six different states and is currently licensed in Wyoming. He obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1985, his Associate in Risk Management designation (ARM) in 1995 and his Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation in 2013. Ken is an instructor/facilitator for CPIA and presents Ethics CE classes and Sales workshops as well. He obtained a BS in Economics from South Dakota State University.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received between Jun 11th at 8:00 AM and Jun 18th at 7:59 AM will incur a $25.00 non-transferable fee.
Cancellations received after Jun 18th at 8:00 AM will incur a $75.00 non-transferable fee.
If you fail to show up for the class, registration fee is forfeited. NO Exceptions. All cancellations must be in writing, emailed to frontdesk@pianeia.com. There is no penalty for substitutions from your company or agency. All credit card refunds will incur a $15 processing fee. All check payments will be refunded in full or minus the cancellation fee.
